Flower Campings offers more and more campsites with the Clef Verte (Green Key) label. This label is awarded to establishments that follow an environmentally responsible approach. This also echoes Flower's values: nature, family and people.
Our Clef Verte-listed campsites can be found throughout France. This means that whether you are looking for an ecological campsite for your holidays by the sea or in the forest, in Brittany or the Dordogne, you will be able to find the place that suits you.
For a campsite to be awarded the Clef Verte label, it must meet a number of criteria. The main things we’re looking for are:
- The establishment's environmental policy
- Awareness of environmental preservation
- Water management
- Waste management
- Energy management
- Choosing environmentally responsible purchases and supplies
- The living environment of the establishment
Obtaining this label is a guarantee of serious commitment and real ecological involvement on the part of the campsite. The Clef Verte is the first international sustainable tourism label for tourist accommodations and restaurants.
