1. The programme
The My Flower Loyalty Programme is designed to enable members to take advantage of the benefits described below when staying at Flower campsites.
The Loyalty Programme is run by Flower, a SAS with capital of 92,500 euros, whose registered office is at 16 avenue Charles de Gaulle 31130 Balma, registered in the Toulouse Trade and Companies Register under number 492 355 508 (hereinafter referred to as "Flower Campings").
These General Terms and Conditions of Use describe the conditions under which customers join and use Flower Camping’s MyFlower loyalty programme.
2. Definitions
The "My Flower" card: the paperless and/or physical loyalty card associated with the "My Flower" Loyalty Programme;
Since 1 February 2023, loyalty cards have only been issued in paperless form.
Member: a customer who has signed up to the “My Flower” loyalty programme by agreeing to these General Terms and Conditions of Use.
Programme: the “My Flower” loyalty programme.
GDPR: the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
3. Membership
You can join the My Flower Loyalty Programme:
- by registering online at www.flowercampings.com or
- by signing up at reception when you stay at a Flower campsite.
Membership of the programme is free and will be activated when you receive an email confirming your membership and containing your unique My Flower card number. Membership is open to all adults with legal capacity.
The "My Flower" card is personal and is reserved for strictly personal use.
To benefit from the Loyalty Programme's advantages, Members must give their "My Flower" card number when making a reservation and present their "My Flower" card number (physical card or via the app) during their stay at the campsite. Compliance with these provisions is a condition for receiving Loyalty Programme benefits.
To join the MyFlower loyalty programme customers must open a customer account via the Flower Campings website.
Before joining, customers must read and agree without reservation to these General Terms and Conditions of Use.
4. Using your card
To take advantage of the benefits offered by the Loyalty Programme, you must enter your My Flower card number when making a booking and subsequently present the My Flower card on arrival at your campsite. You must comply with both of these requirements in order to take advantage of the benefits offered by the programme.
5. Earning points
Each time you stay at a Flower campsite, your My Flower loyalty account will be credited with 1 point for every euro you are charged by the campsite.
The points will be credited to your account and ready to use 48 hours after the end of your stay. You can earn points both on holidays booked online at www.flowercampings.com and when you book directly with any campsite in the Flower network. Points cannot be earned on the following goods and services:
- food and drink,
- room rental,
- the sale of off-site services (tickets, off-site activities and any other service not provided by the campsite),
- residential rentals.
The number of points you earn for each stay increases by 50 points with effect from your second stay starting in the same calendar year (1 January to 31 December), provided that you have been credited with points for both stays.
Points collected may neither be assigned nor exchanged for cash.
6. Points expiry date
Once earned, points are valid for 24 months with effect from the end of the stay on which they are obtained. Each new stay then extends the validity of any residual points on your My Flower card by 24 months.
7. Redeeming your points
The points acquired are converted into a discount on all stays that cost at least €50, excluding additional options, at all campsites in the Flower Campings group according to the sliding scale below, and up to a maximum of €50 per stay.

These discounts are applicable to stays booked via Flower’s distribution channels, i.e. online at www.flowercampings.com or directly with campsites in the Flower network.
They will be applied on the date you pay the deposit on your holiday provided that the campsite in question has issued final confirmation of your booking.
The amount of the discount granted corresponds to the maximum discount level to which the membership entitles you.
If you choose to pay all or part of your deposit using your My Flower points and the amount of the deposit (calculated according to the campsite’s General Terms and Conditions of Business) is less than the amount of the reduction to which you are entitled, the deposit will automatically be increased to the amount of this reduction as long as it does not exceed the cost of the holiday you have booked.
To take advantage of this reduction, you will need to follow the procedure set out below.
- If the booking has been made online at www.flowercampings.com: Enter your My Flower loyalty number during Step 1 of the reservation phase to calculate your discount automatically
- Direct campsite bookings: Quote your My Flower card number when making your booking and show your My Flower card or your mobile app at reception when you arrive.
- Where you have not booked in advance: Show your My Flower card on arrival at the campsite of your choice.
Points cannot be earned on the following goods and services:
- food and drink,
- room rental,
- the sale of off-site services (tickets, off-site activities and any other service not provided by the campsite),
- residential rentals.
If your stay is cancelled, points debited at the time of booking to secure a discount will not be returned under any circumstances.
8. Loss or theft or card
In the event of the loss or theft of your My Flower card, you undertake to inform Flower Campings as soon as possible by email at the following address: contact@flowercampings.com
Flower Campings undertakes to suspend your lost or stolen My Flower card as quickly as possible and to reissue you with a new card without delay. Under no circumstances may Flower Campings be held responsible for any points debited during the period in which the lost or stolen card remains active.
9. Claims relating to the operation of the My Flower Loyalty Programme
If you notice that points have not been credited to your account correctly, you may request that your points balance be adjusted by submitting the relevant paid bill within two months after making a complaint by email to: contact@flowercampings.com
10. Termination
10.1. Termination by you
You may decide to withdraw from the My Flower Loyalty Programme at any time. To withdraw you must send an email to contact@flowercampings.com indicating that you wish to terminate your membership. You will be removed from the programme within one month of your request.
10.2. Termination by Flower Campings
Any breach of the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the My Flower Loyalty Programme may result in your exclusion from the programme by Flower Campings.
10.3. Effects of termination
Termination will result in the end of your membership of the My Flower Loyalty Programme and the cancellation of all the points you hold on the date of termination. There is no right of compensation in respect of these points.

12. Acceptance of these general terms and conditions of use, juridiction
By joining the loyalty programme you accept these General Terms and Conditions of Use without reservation.
The Member acknowledges and accepts that these General Terms & Conditions may be modified at any time by Flower Campings.
You will be notified in advance of any new general terms and conditions of use by an appropriate method (website, email, notices posted in member campsites of the Flower network, etc.) thirty (30) days before they become effective to give you time to cancel your membership. If you do not cancel your membership within this thirty (30) day period, the new general terms and conditions of use will become effective, taking precedence over any previous version.
In any event, these General Terms and Conditions of Use take precedence over any previous version.
In the event of a dispute between the Member and Flower Campings that cannot be resolved amicably, the complaint will be submitted to the competent French courts.
