Camping La Samaritaine - A haven of peace on the edge of the Argonne Forest in the southern Ardennes

3-star campsite in Buzancy in the Ardennes, between Sedan and Verdun, with a swimming lake, children’s and family activities, camping pitches, mobile homes and chalets for rent.

Set in a quiet and tranquil haven of green, the site is located in the village of Buzancy in the southern Ardennes. On site you will find a swimming lake to delight young and old alike. Further afield, you can explore the local forest on foot or by bike, visit the nearby Argonne Découverte animal park, go kayaking on the River Meuse or visit Verdun, Reims and Charleville-Mézières. All in all, La Samaritaine makes the ideal destination for a family camping holiday in the Ardennes.

  • Volunteer to translate village information to help make their pretty corner of France more attractive to tourists.

At La Samaritaine campsite, you will also find a charging station for your electric vehicles, a waste sorting area with compost, and outdoor lighting with motion detection to limit energy consumption.

We have had a campsite with private bathroom. The photos fail to capture how beautiful this place really is. The sweeping, unobstructed views of the forests and fields are truly spectacular.
