At Flower, your satisfaction is our priority. To make your vacation even more enjoyable, we have introduced an exclusive commercial commitment in case rain impacts your stay.
 

Our weather promise in case of rain
As a camping professional committed to your comfort, Flower voluntarily pledges to offer you compensation if rain disrupts your stay, under the conditions detailed below.

Who is offering this weather promise?
This Weather promise is offered by FLOWER, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a capital of €92,500, registered with the Toulouse Trade and Companies Register under number 492 355 508, with its head office located at Espaces de Balma 4-5 | 16, avenue du Général de Gaulle, 31130 Balma – France.

Flower offers you this exclusive benefit free of charge, as a complement to your stay reservation.

Terms and conditions of application

Definition of a Rainy Day
For the purpose of our commercial commitment, a "rainy day" is defined as:
• A day during which at least 3 hours of rain are recorded between 10:00 AM and 5:59 PM at the exact location of your campsite. 
• A "rainy hour" is defined as any hour between 10:00AM and 5:59PM during which at least 1 mm of rainfall is measured.

Validity Period of the Commitment
Our commitment applies:
• On a day-to-day basis
• Starting from the day after your arrival at the campsite
• Until the day before your departure

Eligibility Conditions
To benefit from this weather promise, your stay must meet all of the following criteria:
• Start between July 5, 2025, and August 30, 2025 (last arrival day)
• Be booked between May 1, 2025, and May 31, 2025
• Be fully paid before the start date of the stay
• Stay duration between a minimum of 2 nights and a maximum of 30 nights
• Sales Channels:
- The following sales channels are covered: Flower Portal, Flower App, Flower CRM, all individual websites, Pack E-Trafic and Institutional sales, and all direct offline sales (identified via CRM).
- The following sales channels are excluded: Channel Manager, OTA / Corporate Committees (CE), Exclusive Channels (Pincamp, Acsi, Mycamping, Campsited), and Odalys Channel.
 

Our commercial commitment
For each rainy day recorded during your stay, Flower grants you a commercial benefit equivalent to 50% of your daily stay price, distributed as follows:

  • 30% of your daily stay price refunded by bank transfer within 15 days after the end of your stay 
  • 20% of your daily stay price will be granted in the form of a voucher valid for a future stay with Flower (usable under the conditions specified below). 
     

The daily price corresponds to the total price of your stay including taxes (excluding insurance) divided by the number of nights.

Example: For a 7-night stay costing €700 from July 5 to July 12, our commitment applies from July 6 to July 11.
The daily price being €100, if it rains for 1 day, you will receive a commercial gesture equivalent to 50% of the daily price, i.e., €50, consisting of €30 by bank transfer and €20 in the form of a voucher valid for a future stay.
If it rains for 3 days, the commercial gesture will amount to 50% of the daily price for 3 days, i.e., €150, consisting of €90 by bank transfer and €60 in the form of a voucher valid for a future stay.

 

Implementation of our commitment
 

Verification of Weather Conditions
To ensure the objectivity of our commitment, Flower relies on Orakle Weather, a company specialized in weather data processing.
Each day, Orakle Weather uses forecast data from ECMWF's HRES model for the exact location of your campsite to determine whether the conditions defining a "rainy day" are met.
 

Notification and Payment of the Commercial Gesture 

If the conditions defining a "rainy day" are met during your stay: You will be notified by email (subject to having provided a valid email address),
• The refund (30% of the daily price) will be paid by bank transfer within 15 days after the end of your stay (subject to having provided your valid bank details),
• The voucher (20% of the daily price) will be emailed to you within 15 days after the end of your stay (usable under the conditions specified below).


Excluded situations
Our commercial gesture will not apply:
1. If your stay is canceled, regardless of the reason. 
2. In case of late arrival or early departure from the campsite,
3. For weather conditinos recorded:
- Outside  the period of your stay as defined above,
- At a location different from the one of your campsite,
- Outside the defined hours (10:00 AM to 5:59 PM),
- As a result of exceptional weather events (natural disasters, geopolitical events).
 

Important details 

Customer: A person who has booked and fully paid for a stay at one of the Flower campsites. Sales through Channel Manager OTA/CE and Exclusive Channels (Pincamp, Acsi, Mycamping, Campsited, Odalys) are excluded.

Technical Partner: To implement this commercial commitment, Flower relies on the company ORAKLE WEATHER, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a capital of €2,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 979 438 967, with its head office located at 229 rue Saint Honoré – 75001 – Paris. Orakle Weather is responsible for recording weather conditions, informing you, collecting your bank details, and processing the payments.

Voucher: The voucher is valid for 12 months from its date of issue and can be used exclusively for a stay at a Flower campsite in mainland France, booked via the Flower website at the following address: https://www.flowercampings.com/.
The voucher must be used in a single transaction, subject to availability regarding dates, location, and accommodation types. Optional services and tourist tax remain the customer's responsibility.
The voucher is personal and non-transferable.  As an exception to Flower’s general terms and conditions of sale, once the reservation has been made using the voucher, it cannot be changed to another destination or stay dates, nor can it be refunded. 
If the voucher is not used within its validity period, no refund will be granted. In case of loss, no duplicate will be issued.

The voucher will have a maximum value of €120 per day.
