At Flower Campings, your satisfaction is our priority. To make your holidays even more enjoyable, we have introduced exclusive commercial compensation in the event of rain or high temperatures during your stay.
OUR COMMITMENT IN THE EVENT OF UNFAVOURABLE WEATHER
As a camping professional committed to your comfort, Flower Campings voluntarily undertakes to provide you with compensation if rain or temperature affects your stay, subject to the conditions detailed below.
WHO OFFERS THIS BENEFIT?
This commercial commitment is offered by FLOWER Campings, SAS with a share capital of 92,500 € registered with the Toulouse Companies Registry under number 492 355 508, whose registered office is located at Espaces de Balma 4-5 | 16, avenue du Général de Gaulle, 31130 Balma – France.
Flower Campings provides you with this exclusive benefit free of charge as a complement to your holiday booking.
CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION
Definition of a day of bad weather
For the purposes of our commercial commitment, we define a "day of bad weather" as:
A day during which at least 3 hours of bad weather are forecast between 10:00 and 17:59 at the exact location of your campsite.
A "bad weather hour" being defined as an hour during which at least 1 mm of precipitation is forecast or a temperature of at least 38°C.
The data used are the forecast data from the HRES model of the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF).

Validity period of the commitment
Our commitment applies:
Day by day
From the day after your arrival at the campsite
Until the day before your departure
Eligibility conditions
To benefit from this commercial advantage, your stay must meet the following criteria:
Start between 5 July 2026 and 30 August 2026 inclusive (last arrival day)
Have been booked between 30 April 2026 and 1 June 2026
Have been paid in full before the start date of the stay
Stay of a minimum of 2 nights and a maximum of 30 nights
Sales channels:
The following sales channels are covered: Flower Portal, Flower Application, Flower CRM, all individual websites, E-Trafic Pack and Institutional sales, all direct offline sales (identified via CRM)
The following sales channels are excluded: Channel Manager, OTA / Works Council (CE), Exclusive channels (Pincamp, Acsi, Mycamping, Campsited), Odalys channel
OUR COMMERCIAL COMPENSATION
For each day of bad weather recorded during your stay, Flower grants you a commercial compensation equivalent to 50% of the daily price of your stay, broken down as follows:
30% will be paid by bank transfer within 15 days following the end of your stay
20% will be granted in the form of a voucher valid for a future stay
The daily price corresponds to the total all-inclusive price (TTC) of your stay (excluding insurance) divided by the number of nights.
Example: For a stay of 7 nights at 700€ between 5 July and 12 July, our commitment applies from 6 to 11 July. With a daily price of 100€, if it rains for 1 day, you will receive a commercial compensation of 50% of the daily price, i.e. 50€, of which 30€ by bank transfer and 20€ in the form of a voucher valid for a future stay.
If it rains for 3 days, the commercial compensation will be 50% of the daily price for 3 days, i.e. 150€, of which 90€ by bank transfer and 60€ in the form of a voucher valid for a future stay.
IMPLEMENTATION OF OUR COMMITMENT
Verification of weather conditions
To ensure the objectivity of our commitment, Flower calls upon Orakle Weather, a company specialising in weather data processing.
Each morning at 9 a.m., Orakle Weather uses the forecast data from the ECMWF HRES model for the exact location of your campsite to determine whether the conditions defining a "day of bad weather" are met.
Notification and payment of the commercial compensation
If the conditions defining a "day of bad weather" are recorded during your stay:
You will be informed by email and by SMS (if you have provided a valid email address and telephone number) by Orakle Weather
The bank transfer (30% of the daily price) will be made within 15 days following the end of your stay, subject to having provided your bank account details (IBAN) via the secure link sent by email by Orakle Weather
The voucher (20% of the daily price) will be sent to you by email within 15 days following the end of your stay
SITUATIONS NOT COVERED
Our commercial commitment will not apply in the following cases:
In the event of cancellation of the stay, whatever the cause
In the event of late arrival at or early departure from the campsite
For weather conditions recorded:
Outside the period of your stay as defined above
At a location different from that of your campsite
Outside the defined hours (10:00–17:59)
In the event of exceptional weather conditions resulting from major events (natural disasters, geopolitical events)
In the event of completion of the secure bank account details (IBAN) request form more than one year after the end of the stay.
IMPORTANT CLARIFICATIONS
Client: A person who has booked and paid in full for a stay at one of the Flower campsites. The following sales channels are excluded: Channel Manager, OTA/Works Council (CE) and Exclusive channels (Pincamp, Acsi, Mycamping, Campsited, Odalys).
Technical partner: To implement this commercial commitment, Flower calls upon the company ORAKLE WEATHER, SAS with a share capital of 2,000 euros, registered with the Paris Companies Registry under number 979 438 967, whose registered office is located at 229 rue Saint Honoré - 75001 – Paris, to record weather conditions, inform you, collect your bank details, and process transfers.
Voucher: The voucher is for strictly personal use. The voucher may be used within 12 months of its date of issue. It is valid for single use only and for a minimum stay of 2 nights in metropolitan France, at all Flower Campings establishments available at the time of booking on the website flowercampings.com. This voucher is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. It can be used on flowercampings.com by entering it in the “Chèque et bon cadeau” field at the time of booking. It is non-retroactive, strictly valid for future bookings only, and cannot be applied to bookings already made. In the event of loss, no duplicate will be issued. The voucher must be generated at checkout + 15 days.
Compensation by bank transfer: Any request for payment of the commercial compensation must be submitted within one (1) year of the end of the stay.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
As part of the implementation of this commercial commitment, your personal data are processed in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Data transmitted by Flower to Orakle Weather: As part of the implementation of this commitment, Flower transmits to Orakle Weather the following information concerning you: surname, first name, email address, telephone number, place of stay, stay dates, stay price and booking number.
Your data are retained only for the period necessary for the execution of our commitment and in accordance with legal obligations. You have the right of access, rectification and erasure of your data.
To exercise these rights, you may contact our data protection officer by post at the address of our registered office.
This document describes a voluntary commercial commitment by Flower, provided free of charge as a complement to your holiday booking. It does not constitute an insurance contract and does not give rise to any additional premium.
