Take a boat from the port of Fromentine to discover this Atlantic gem. Take advantage of a wide choice of water activities, cycling or walking and numerous beaches to enjoy. 2/ Puy du Fou has been voted the best park in the world several times. Learn why when you see this must-visit destination in the Vendée. You can easily spend a whole day in this hundred-year-old forest, admiring the picturesque scenery. There's even fun to be had after dark, with the Cinéscénie night show which will delight young and old alike. 3/ Come and discover Noirmoutier, a charming island filled with white houses with blue shutters. Also called the island of mimosas, it can be reached by bike. You'll need to cross the famous 4-km Passage du Gois which is revealed at low tide, giving you access to this National Heritage Site.

Located 24 minutes from our campsite, this agency offers guided itineraries which will let you wander off the beaten track, exploring less-visited sites and enjoying extraordinary experiences. Enjoy the chance to meet local people, discover their culture or visit historical and heritage sites. There are also some self-guided trails for you to enjoy, in particular by renting bicycles.

The Marais Breton Vendéen is a unique, remarkable territory, noted for its varied, vibrant natural surroundings. Whatever the season, its brilliant flora and fauna will enchant and delight visitors. Conservation and eco-tourism are both of major importance to Marô.
Driving route
Located 40 minutes by car from the campsite, the Eric Sage estate, in Brem-sur-Mer, offers tours and tastings in its naturally cultivated vineyard. It is set in the middle of a beautifully conserved environment, just 2 km from the ocean.
