Gentler souls may prefer the 250km of trails that criss-cross the area – ideal for walking, cycling and horse riding. Walking/cycling route
A cycle ride (2 to 3 hours) along the quiet lanes that criss-cross the hills above the Lac de Causse. It is the ideal way to explore the wooded hills, shaped by the Lissac and Meyssac faults, which offer excellent views over the lake and surrounding valleys and the lovely local villages.
Driving route
Leaving from the Lac du Causse, take a tour by car or motorbike of three of the Plus Beaux Villages de France, Turenne, Collonges-la-Rouge and Curemonte, stopping each time to stroll along their narrow alleyways.
