To limit their ecological footprint, Sandrine and Franck decided to fit 100% of their rental properties and communal areas with low-energy LED bulbs. But some of the lighting is also solar-powered and fitted with twilight sensors to minimise energy wastage. What about green spaces? They are maintained without the use of pesticides.
