How does it work?
Collect points
Each time you stay at a Flower campsite, you’ll collect points: Collect 1 point for every euro you spend!
All you need to do is show your your «My Flower» card or your mobile app when you arrive at your campsite. Once they’re in your account, your points are valid for 2 years.
- Flower loyalty bonus: Flower will give you 50 free points for your second and each subsequent stay in the same year.
- Double your points in low season: your points will be increased for all stays between 1 March and 5 July and between 1 September and 2 Sept and 18 October, excluding school holidays or public holidays.

Enjoy great holiday savings
You can use your points on your very next holiday and enjoy reductions
of up to €50 off any holiday break that costs at least €50 at all campsites in the Flower network.
150 points = €5 off
300 points = €10 off
500 points = €15 off
1000 points = €30 off
1500 points = €50 off
You can obtain your reduction:
- When you book at www.flowercampings.com: Enter your My Flower loyalty number during Step 1 of the reservation phase to calculate your discount automatically.
- When you book directly with a campsite: Quote your « My Flower » card number when you make your booking and show your card or your mobile app on arrival.
- Without booking: Simply show your loyalty card or your mobile app when you arrive at reception.
How do I join ?
Sign up for free on line.
If you don't have a Flower customer account : Create your Flower customer account and tick the checkbox to simultaneously join the My Flower Loyalty programme.
If you already have a Flower customer account : You can login to your Flower customer account and there you can join the My Flower Loyalty programme.
Your loyalty club membership inside the app: The My Flower card is 100% virtual. You can check out all the details of your club membership at flowercampings.com or in the Flower Campings mobile app.You’ll find all your information there: your remaining points balance, the expiry date, available discounts, terms of use, etc. Download the Flower Camping App via the Play Store or App Store.
Your Flower customer account
You’ll receive your personal account details by email when you activate your loyalty card. Go to « My account » to check your points balance, track your bookings and manage your personal information.
