We’ve spent many long weeks preparing for summer 2020 in what are unprecedented times. Now, with the holiday season well underway, it’s time to take a step back and assess the situation. Happily, we are more than satisfied with the measures in place – and the mood – in our campsites.
Clearly, it takes more than the new rules we’ve brought in to guarantee your peace of mind to spoil our recipe for the perfect Flower holiday! A friendly, family atmosphere and the chance to meet new people and explore the beautiful French countryside are, now more than ever, at the heart of our business.
Optimistic but clear-thinking, we continue to monitor developments in the public health situation in France from day to day and remain in contact with the relevant local public health authorities to ensure we comply with any changes in requirements.
For your information:
- Openings dates
All Flower campsites are now open.
- The Flower Safe+ health charter
Specific to Flower, this health and hygiene charter has been drawn up in partnership with a team of medical and health risk prevention experts and introduced at all our campsites. It sets out the French government’s anti-coronavirus measures and recommendations, together with a number of specific, additional instructions that go beyond the official guidelines in order to ensure your safety. Take a look at the Flower Safe+ Health and Hygiene Charter.
- Availability of leisure facilities and other services at our campsites
Our swimming and paddling pools, cafes and restaurants, services, activities and other entertainment are all open but – as you would expect – with a certain number of changes including longer opening times, smaller groups, social distancing rules, etc. A few simple rules to guarantee a great holiday and peace of mind for everyone.
- Customers whose holidays can’t go ahead as planned
If you wish to cancel or postpone your holiday, please contact the campsite which took your original booking to make the necessary arrangements.
Given the extraordinary nature of the crisis, these arrangements may well change as the situation develops.
This is a very difficult time for everyone and we would like to thank you for booking a holiday with us, whether it has been cancelled, rearranged or still to happen. We are aware of the trust you have placed in us and are working hard to prepare all our campsites to welcome visitors as soon as this becomes possible.
Just like our mascot Mister Flower, who is eagerly awaiting the arrival of your children, we can't wait to be part of your next great holiday experience.
In the meantime, look after yourselves, your families and friends. Stay at home and console yourself with the thought of your next Flower holiday.
We look forward to seeing you somewhere in France very soon.
